One of the best ways to support people at work is to provide them with the tools to support themselves, and to optimise wellbeing of the collective is through high-quality, evidence-based, needs based training. What we know from experience is that not all individuals have the same level of mental health and well-being knowledge (or needs) and that providing bespoke and targeted education across teams is key to improved well-being outcomes. We currently provide mental health training to all of our specialist teams and would love to share some of our models with you.
